(深圳华森建筑与工程设计顾问有限公司,深圳 518054)[摘要] 主要介绍了带转换层超高层住宅项目的结构布置、抗震计算分析及结构概念设计。针对超高、高位转换等超限特点,采用基于性能的抗震设计,经多模型、多软件的弹性比较分析及静力弹塑性补充计算,保证设计能够覆盖结构的各种实际受力状态。同时对结构的薄弱部位采取加强措施,使结构的抗震性能满足规范及性能目标的要求。

( Huasen Architectural &Engineering Designing Consultant Ltd., Shenzhen 518054, China)Abstract: The structure plan, the seismic analysis and the seismic fortification measures of Zhuhai century square project with transfer story was described. For the exceed-limit height and transfer story and so on, performance based seismic design was adopted. The elastic analysis of multi-models using different programs and the static elastic-plastic analysis were given to ensure all the potential states ofloading are enveloped. Some specific constructional measures were taken to reinforce the weak positions to assure the design meets the performance objectives.
