深圳能源集团总部大厦项目复杂结构抗震体系研究

[摘要] 深圳能源集团总部大厦项目由南、北塔楼及连接南北塔楼的连桥组成,北塔楼主体结构高208.5m(整体结构高宽比约为6.8,核心筒结构高宽比为17),南塔楼主体结构高l00m,南北塔楼在2~9层通过连桥连接,属于复杂高层建筑。北塔楼结构体系采用了较为成熟且已在多项工程应用的框架体系+核心筒+加强层架的多重抗侧体系。主要介绍了连桥与南北塔楼连接方式以及腰桁架、伸臂桁架设置位置的研究,并提出这些主要抗侧力构件满足中震弹性(不屈服)设计目标,特殊重要构件满足大震性能目标。动力弹塑性时程分析进一步验证结构在大震下的整体性能要优于不倒塌要求。

Study on complex structural system of Shenzhen Energy Group Headquarters Building

Abstract: Shenzhen Energy Group Headquarters Building is a complex high-rise buildings, which is a composition of 208.5 meters high North Tower, 100 meters high South Tower and a link bridge connecting two towers at 2^v 9floor. The H/W ratio of North Tower is 6.8, the H/W ratio of core is 17. Frame core-tube system with strengthened stories was adopted in structural system of North Tower.  The analysis on the type of the link bridge connecting two towers and the setting locations of outriggers and belt trusses to enhance the system was introduced.  Performance-based design was used in both structural system and single element throughout design progress. Main lateral members, such as the enhanced layers and link bridge area, were strengthened by improving seismic performance objectives or seisrmc measures. Nonlinear analysis( NLA) verifies that the structure of the overall performance of the building under heavy earthquake is better than code required (no collapse).
