超高层外框斜柱结构抗震性能分析与设计

[摘要]  卓越后海项目是存在多项超限、地面以上外框柱均为斜柱的超高层框架.核心筒结构。首先确定了抗震性能目标及设计方法,然后对结构及构件在小震、中震、大震作用下的抗震性能进行了分析,并针对斜柱对结构的影响进行了分析,最后基于抗震性能分析结果及结构特点有针对性地采取了抗震措施。通过一系列抗震性能分析与设计,提高了结构安全性,实现了结构抗震性能目标。

Performance-based seismic analysis and design of asuper high-rise building structure with inclined columns

Abstract: There are some cases out of code about a super lugh-rise building, Excellence Croup Houhai Project, which is a frame-core wall structure with allinclined columns above ground. Objectives and design methods of seismic performance were determined, and then the performance-based seismic analysis of the structure and elements was conducted under frequent earthquake, basic earthquake and rare earthquake. And analysis was taken on the effect of the structure caused by inclined columns. Finally, seisnuc measures were adopted based on results of analysis and structure characteristics. Through a series of performance-based seismic analysis and design, the structure safety is improved and its seismic performance objectives are realized.
