(艾奕康咨询(深圳)有限公司上海分公司,上海 200040)[摘要] 南京世界贸易中心5A级写字楼项目结构屋面高度为298. 6m,采用带加强层的钢框架.钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,外围框架柱采用钢管混凝土柱。介绍了结构选型与布置、结构风洞试验、基于性能化目标的结构各阶段抗震设计、静力与动力弹塑性分析以及加强层优化设计,专题研究了楼板振动舒适度、施工加载顺序和关键节点的有限元分析等问题。重点阐述了钢框架、核心筒以及加强层设计等关键问题和超限应对措施,针对结构在大震作用下的弹塑性行为进行了深入的研究讨论。采用多个空间及有限元模型对结构的各方面性能进行了详细分析,结果表明结构体系安全可靠并具有良好的抗风抗震性能。

( AECOM Ltd., Shanghai 200040, China)Abstract: Nanjing World Trade Center 5A level office tower's structural height is 298.6m. The super high-rise building adopts a hybrid structure system with steel frame and reinforced concrete corewall, and perimeter columns are concrete filled steel tube columns. Structural system selection and arrangement, wind tunnel test, structural seismic design based on performance-target method and static & elasto-plastic analysis were mainly introduced. Special topics were carried out including slab vibration analysis, construction sequence modeling and key-connection FEA analysis. The designs exceeding code-limitation of steel frame, corewall, story with outrigger and belt truss were detailed presented with structural measures. The structure elasto-plastic behavior under large earthquake was focused on and deeply discussed. In summary, the office tower has not only sufficient safety and reliable structure system, but also excellent wind and seismic resistance ability.
