超高层建筑结构抗震设计探讨

[摘要]  近年来中国已建成和正在规划设计中超过300m的高层建筑达数百座之多,建筑体型和结构体系各异。2010版的抗震设计规范和高层建筑混凝土结构设计规程也体现近些年超高层建筑结构设计所积累的新抗震设计经验和技术。为了进一步探讨当前超高层建筑抗震设计在经济性、实用性和安全性三个方面的平衡,结合国内几个大型超高层项目的案例,从结构抗侧刚度控制、性能化设计理念、多道设防及超限高层建筑一般的抗震设计方法等方面进行阐述,相关经验可供类似超高层项目结构设计参考。

Seismic concept design of super tall building structure

Abstract: As there are hundreds of more than 300m tall buildings with diverse shapes and structure system have been built up, under construction and design in China now, the 2010 version national seismic design code and the technical specification for tall buildings were updated to accompany the development of experience and technology. For further study the balance of economy, serviceability, and safety of seisnuc design of tall buildings, several super tall buildings have been used as study cases to investigate the lateral stiffness requirement, performance based design, multi-defenses design plulosophy, and general design measures for exceed-code limits issues. The design practices and experience can be referred for similar super tall building projects.
