[提要]  提出了检测地基基础动参数的一种新方法。由速度导纳函数推导出地基基础的动态参数计算公式，采用冲击激振、计算机完成模态分析得出地基基础的动参数，并给出了工程应用实例。

This paper puts forward a new method for determnining the dynamic parameters of base soil and provided calculation formula by using foundation's velocity mobility. The parameters are determined by shock excitation and computer modal analysis, also a project example is given.
