[提要]  在工程中，用机械式激振器偏心施加简谐扰力的办法，使基础产生扭转振动。本文介绍了试验情况以及取得的数据，并且提出了建议。

The torsional vibration caused by simple harmonic disturbing force produced via a mechanical exciter, in engineering practice. This article introduces the experiments conducted and the data acquired, also gives some suggestions.
