[提要]  对外露式刚接柱脚，根据基础混凝土的应力-应变关系，提出一种新的计算方法，并将本文方法的计算结果与常用方法进行了比较，可供工程设计参考。

The author presents a new calculating method by means of stress-strain relationship of foundation concrete to the outdoor stylobate of rigid coupling. Besides, the results of calculation using this method are compared with.those obtaineci from original method^[1,3]. It can be used as a reference for design.
