[提要]  根据底层框架砖房的底层框架弹塑性变形验算方法，对底层框架在罕遇地震下承担的地震剪力进行分析并进行简化计算；在满足底层框架弹塑性变形要求条件下，提出采用底层框架屈服强度系数及框架柱配筋的弹塑性变形协调控制的计算方法，在进行底层框架的设计时，便于对框架抗震承载力进行调整，通过这种协调控制计算，可以减少设计工作量及设计的盲目性。

Based on the checking method to the elastoplastic deformation in the first story frame for the brick ma-sonry buildings with framed first story, analysis and the simplified calculation are given to the earthquake shear force carried by the first story frame in rarely encountered earthquake. Being satisfied with the requirement for the elastoplastic deformation in the first story frame, a calculation method is put forward, which is coordinately controlled by the yield strength coefficier/t for the first story frame and the elasto-plastic deformation of frame column reinforcement, when designing the first story frame by using the method, it is convenient to make adjustment for antiseismic bearing value for the first story frame, and to decrease the amount and blindness of the design work.
