[提要]  对预应力和部分预应力混凝土柱轴压比限值计算公式进行了理论推导，并计算出具体数值，与普通钢筋混凝土柱进行了对比分析，同时还指出了有关影响因素。可供设计地震区预应力和部分预应力混凝土柱时参考。

The calculate formula of the limitation for axial compressive force N and bhfe of the prestressed and partially prestressed concrete column was theoretically developed, and the detailed count was computed in this article. The compare with reinforced concrete column was analyzed, also the relative affecting factors had been indicated in this article. These results can be referenced for the design of PC and PPC column.
