[提要]  高层建筑四周通常带有低层裙房，因建筑使用功能上的需要，高层建筑主楼和裙房之间一般要求不设缝。本文针对现有高层建筑主楼和裙房基础的设计特点，总结主楼和裙房之间不设缝的基本情况和要求，以及软土地基上主楼和裙房之间不设缝的可能性。

There are podiums around high-rise buildings usually. In order to meet the demand of usage, settlement joints are undesirable. This paper studies the method of designing the foundation between main towers and podiums, and concludes the common ground and how to design the foundation between main towers and podiums, and finds the possibility of designing a unit foundation without settlement joints in soft clay.
