[提要] 对一起特大火灾现场主体结构进行了调查。调查表明:在火灾燃烧区,内框架柱构件表层混凝土大面积剥落、爆裂,钢筋外露,残留混凝土疏松,裂缝多而宽;框架梁构件底部及侧面混凝土成片脱落或发生网状裂纹,梁支座附近剪切斜裂缝尤为严重,钢筋外露,残留混凝土疏松,框架主梁、肋梁构件已经严重扭曲、下挠变形;楼板底混凝土保护层大面积剥落、露筋,部分楼板跨中部位下挠严重,且与框架主梁支座连接部位板面发生断裂,裂缝满布。经推测,火灾燃烧区结构构件属危险构件,已不能继续安全使用,可修性极差,必
须拆除。总结出火灾后厂房主体结构鉴定方法,为同类火灾鉴定提供参考意见。

Abstract:An agent structure of enormous scene of fire is surveyed in the burning area of
the fire.The post component top layer concrete of interior frame peels off and bursts by a large scale. The reinforcing bar is exposed, remaining the concrete loosely, and there are many wide cracks. The component bottom of the frame and side concrete comes off in blocks or the resillage happens and clip ping inclined crack takes place particular seriously.The
reinforcing bar exposes and relic concrete to be loose. Girder and rid of the frame twist
seriously and downwarping is out of shape. The protective layer of component board bottom concrete peels off by a large scale and the bar reveals.Some floor slab
downwarps seriously under the middle part location and the pinacoid which conne
ct with main beam support of frame breakdown. It belongs to dangerous component
and must be dismantled with poor repairing.The agent structure of factory buildi
ng accredited methods is presented and it offers the reference for the fact of the similar fire.
