[提要]  本文在适筋混凝土构件正截面配筋的物理界限条件下进一步作了概率分析，上限条件仍以相对界限受压区高度表示，下限条件仍以受拉钢筋最小配筋率表示，匕们分别按0.15和0.85分位数作为取值的依据，以策安全。

Under the physical boundary condition for reinforcement of normal section on under-reinforced concrete member, a probability analysis is further presented, its upper limited condition was shown by the relative boundary height of compression zone and lower limited condition was shown by the mimmum reinforcemet ratio, they were in accordance with their'fractiles of O.15 and O.85 respectively as a basis to take their design value for sake of ensuring the safety of member.
