[提要]  本文针对目前国内外常用的一种高层、超高层结构基本体系——筒体稀柱框架结构，采用连续化的方法，给出了这类结构简化计算、分析方法和一个典型工程实例。

Core-sparse columns frame structure is one kind of highrise and superhighrise building structures fundemental systems, which is widely used all over the world nowdays. This system is different from frame tube system and frame wall dual system.
  This paper using the continuous membranes presents simplified calculation method for this system. This kind structure behaviour under horizontal loads and one project exa/nple are given as well. All the results given by this present method including drifts. shears and moments etc. are very precise in comparison with those from ETABS and TBSA computer programs.
