［提要］ 针对与既有房屋协同工作的套建增层框架应采用怎样的设计原则这一问题，提出了应根据既有房屋的质量和使用要求，分别采取不同的设计原则和施工顺序的观点。针对与既有房屋协同工作的套建增层框架的不同工程条件和受力特点，介绍了四种新旧结构协同工作的连接构造，阐述了套建增层框架节点上下柱端弯矩分配过程中应注意的问题。以一个与既有房屋协同工作的套建增层框架为例，说明了将套建增层框架与既有房屋协同工作的优越性。

Several Problems in Design of Outerjacketing Frame Structure Working Harmonious with the Original Building/Zhang Haoyu,Zheng Wenzhong(School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China)
Abstract:For the problem that what principle should be adopted in design of the outerjacketing frame structure working harmonious with the original building, the viewpoint is put forward that different design principles and construction sequences should be adopted according to the quality of the original building and the requirements of the original building's owner. In view of different working conditions of the outerjacketing frame structures, connection construction between the outerjacketing frame structure and the original building is introduced. In consideration of the mechanic behaviors of the outerjacketing frame structures,noteworthy problems during calculating moment distribution at the end of top column and bottom column in frame joint are presented. Seismic response of an example of an outerjacketing structure is analyzed to explain the superiority of th
