[提要] 在七层框架结构办公楼的整体平移设计中,大轴力框架柱托换体系设计、大承载能力滚轴设计和行走基础设计是三项关键内容。通过试验研究得到框架柱托换体系的破坏形态,并以界面初始滑移前的抗冲切承载力作为托换承载力设计值,使托换体系具有一定的安全储备;利用钢管聚合物混凝土作为建筑物移动的滚轴,不仅有高承载力和滚动能力,还具有很好的弹性变形性能,使滚轴受力均匀;在框架柱的行走轨迹下增设过渡桩和行走基础梁,使结构移动中不均匀沉降减小,同时将原一柱一桩设计改为桩条形基础设计。通过以上设计保证了移楼工程的顺利进行,也为小高层平移提供了技术基础。

Monolithic Translation Design of a Sevenstorey Office Building of Frame Construction/

Abstract:There are three key issues in the monolithic translation of a sevenstoried office building of frame construction, including the designs of frame column underpin system, highperformance roller and translation foundation.The punching shear bearing capacity of the underpin system was obtained through experimental investigations. And the experiment results show that setting punching shear bearing capacity before interface initial slip as the design value of underpin capacity had some safe storage.Using steel pipe epoxy resin concrete as the translation roller of the structure has high bearing capacity and rolling ca
pacity and good elastic deformation property, which suffered uniform power. Designs of translation pile and translation foundation beam under the walking locus made the differential settlement small in the movement of the structure.The design of the
previous one column and one pile to the design of pilestrip foundation.
