虹口大酒店裙楼抽柱改造方案比选

摘 要

[提要] 针对虹口大酒店裙楼框架结构抽柱改造工程,提出转换梁、空腹桁架结构和桁架结构3种改造方案。对3种方案进行了结构内力对比分析,结果表明,桁架结构方案受力比较合理;同时后加结构与原结构连接构造容易满足,便于施工。可供类似大跨度、大荷载抽柱改造工程参考。

Abstract:Three schemes are developed in the project of column removing at Hongkou hotel,which are beam transfer structure, vierendeel truss transfer structure and truss transfer structure. The analysis and comparison of the three schemes show that the third scheme is rational in force behavior and convenient in construction, and it is adopted. The scheme may be a reference for the column removing practice in frame structure with long span and heavy load.
