［提要］ 以上海市自来水公司办公楼改造工程为例，介绍了结构体系托换方案在实际工程中的应用。着重论述了在房屋四角增设构造柱，以及将原有内框架结构的砖柱改造成符合规范要求的框架柱的设计方法，供同类工程加固处理参考。

Strengthening Design of an Innerframe Building in Shanghai Water Supply Company/

Abstract:The structure style transfer method is adopted according to the real conditions in the storey increase and strengthening of an inner frame building in Shanghai Water Supply Company. The methods of setting up the concrete column in the corner of existing building and converting the brick column into frame column are stressed. The results indicate that t
he computational model and reinforcement methods are satisfactory. It supplies reference to the similar projects.
