[提要] 某3层框架结构工业厂房,因使用功能改变,要求加层改造为6层框架结构的学生公寓。对结构直接进行加层需要解决的问题有:部分框架柱轴压比超限,部分框架梁配筋不能满足使用要求,部分层间位移超过抗震规范规定限值等。为此进行了房屋的质量检测、鉴定和结构加固前后的分析,依据现行抗震规范完成了工程的改造和抗震加固设计,取得了良好的效果,也为旧厂房的改造提供了经验。

Abstract:Because of the change of functions, a threestorey frame industrial workshop is reconstructed to a sixstory frame structure building used as student apartment. There may be some problems when inserting layers directly, for instance, the axial compression ratios of some frame columns will be out of the limit, the longitudinal reinforcement ratios of frame beams will be less than the service level,and some storeies drift will be out of the limit of seismic design code. Based on the analysis of the structure before and after strengthening, the effect of the seismic strengtheming design is favorable.
