索承网壳结构成形模型试验研究

【提要】对目前在国内外引起广泛关注的大跨度空间索承网壳结构进行了成形即预应力张拉阶段的试验研究。介绍了索承网壳结构的连接方式、施工方法、张拉过程及其数值模拟计算,并按模拟计算工序和参数建立了索承网壳试验模型。实施操作与测试结果证明了逐环拼装张拉成形的施工方法和施工张拉顺序的可行性。与试验结果的比较表明,用循环前进分析方法进行施工全过程仿真分析是适用的,对正确建立索承网壳结构的设计理论及工程应用具有指导意义。

Experimental Research of Form Finding on Cablesupported Lattice Shell Structures/Li Yongmei,Zhang Yigang,Liu Jia(College of Civil Engineering and Architecture,Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100022,China)
Abstract:A model experimental research of the stage of form finding(namely prestressing)for the cablesupported lattice shell structure,which is widely paid attention to in the world,is carried out. The connection,construction,prestressing process and numerical simulating for the cablesupported lattice shell structure are introduced respectively.  According to the procedure and parameters in simulating,a model of the cablesupported lattice shell structure is made. The feasibility on the assemblyprestressing form finding method loop by loop is testified. Calculating model by means of the cycleforward analysismethod for construction is established and numerical simulation performed,which gives good agreement with the test results. It will be helpful for design and construction of similar cablesupported lattice shell structures.
