双轴对称张弦穹顶结构的优化设计

【提要】 传统的优化设计仅以最低造价为目标函数,没有考虑结构的受力性能指标。在对穹顶结构的最低造价目标函数进行修正的同时,综合考虑施工、杆件的制作加工等的要求,提出了操作性较强的改进满应力优化法,该法在整个优化过程中能使上述两个目标函数保持高度的统一。采用文中提出的优化方法对武汉体育中心体育馆大跨度张弦穹顶结构进行了优化设计,取得了比较好的经济效益和结构性能。文中的方法对同类大跨度张弦穹顶结构的设计有较好的参考价值。

dering the construction and machining of components and a manipulative reformative fully stress method is presented,which can make the two objective functions keep highly uniform in the whole process of optimization. A gymnasium with large span domestring structure is designed using the method and good economical benefits and perfect mechanical performance are achieved. The method is a valuable reference to the optimization design of congeneric structure.
