胎架摩擦力和施工张拉次序对张弦梁结构成形的影响

【提要】 对张弦梁结构施工张拉过程中胎架摩擦力和施工张拉次序对其成形的影响进行了分析研究。结合实际施工过程,建立计算模型,利用自行编制的非线性有限元程序计算分析。分析发现,结构与胎架之间的摩擦力对结构脱架时的状态影响不大,对结构初始状态的形态影响更小。在施工中的放样应采用零状态几何,应精确控制索段的下料长度,严格控制结构的整体变形。

Impact of Friction Force Between Beam String Structure and Tension Bed and Beam Tension Sequece on Forming of System/Zhao Xianbo,Ye Jihong(College of Civil Engineering,Southeast University,Nanjing 210096,China)
Abstract:For a beam string structure,the impact of the friction force between the structure and its tension bed and the tension sequence on the forming of the system is studied. The model is proposed based on the reallife construction. A nonlinear finite element program is developed. Conclusions are obtained and can be applied in design and construction.In construction,the member length should be determined exactly,and the deformation of structure should be controlled strickly.
