地铁轨道密封装置非线性有限元数值模拟*

摘要]新型地铁轨道密闭装置应用于地铁区间防护密闭隔断门,能把地下铁道空间隔断,构成人防工程,具有明显的人防效益和经济效益。在不影响平时通车的前提下,通过采用内置仿形橡胶的轨道密封装置,快速实现不同受力状态的转换,可解决地铁轨道密封的问题。采用ANSYS软件对地铁轨道密封装置进行了非线性接触分析,研究了密封装置的变形、应力和接触状态,结果表明,该种密封装置具有良好的密封性能,为地铁人防工程建设提供了可靠的技术支持和保障。

Nonlinear finite element numerical simulation of sealing device applicable to subway rail

Abstract: The new type sealing device of subway rail is applicable to new-style double-leaf protective closure blocking door. It can separate subway space into civil defence fortifications, which has obvious civil air beneficial and economic benefit. On the premise of not effecting the daily driving, by using sealing device with inner rubber, the transformation of different force states is realizing and the protective and closure problems are solved effectively. Using ANSYS finite element software, nonlinear analyses involving contact stress and deformation were performed for sealing device. Results show that this kind of sealing device has a good sealed performance. It provides the reliable technical support and security for civil defense engineering of metro.
