CM桩复合地基在岩溶地区高层建筑中的应用

[摘要]针对岩溶地区某高层住宅基础的选型与设计,详细论述了CM桩复合地基的工程特性、计算方法和检测评价。结果表明复合地基的承载力提高显著,沉降计算结果与实测值接近,证明该工程采用CM桩复合地基较好地满足了建筑安全和使用要求,具有造价低、工期短的优点。[关键词]CM桩复合地基;刚性桩;岩溶;沉降中图分类号:TU472文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)06-0118-03Application of CM three-dimension composite foundation in high-rise building in the karst districtWan Zhiyong, Han Jianqiang, Gao Yubin, Wang Wei(Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: The selection and design of the foundation in high-rise building in the karst district were discussed, which focused on the engineering characteristics, calculation method, detection and evaluation of CM three-dimension composite foundation. The results show that the bearing capacity of the composite foundation has been improved successfully, and the calculated settlement is approximate to the measured one.
