合银广场改造及补强设计

[摘要]合银广场为2001年建成的超B级高度建筑,主体完工后一直未投入使用,现应业主要求进行改造及补强。对其进行了整体计算、构造检查、承载力核查及结构的补强及改造等工作,着重介绍了对连接框架柱及核心筒的框架梁分别进行的竖向荷载作用下的弯矩调幅及沉降差引起的弯矩调幅的方法。结果表明,结构整体设计满足规范要求,采用新工艺、新方法对构件进行补强及改造取得了良好的效果。[关键词]超高层建筑;整体计算;抗震构造;弯矩调幅;改造;加固中图分类号:TUP73.17, TU375.05文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)06-0099-04Renovation and reinforcement design of Heyin PlazaLuo Qin, Zhou Ding, Peng Huanjia, Fu Zhiliang, Xiong Yong(Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: Heyin Plaza is a super high-rise building exceeding the B grade height, which was completed in 2001. It has not formally put into use after the completion of the main structure. Reform and reinforcement were carried out according to the requirements of the owner. Overall calculation, check-out of detailing measures and loading capacity, structural reinforcement and reform were illustrated. The results indicate that the whole design meets the requirements of codes.
