某三塔连体高层建筑结构设计

摘要]对某三塔连体高层混凝土框架-剪力墙结构进行针对性的分析设计。通过两个软件对比分析、弹性时程分析和Pushover分析进行补充分析,结果表明该结构在多遇、罕遇地震下多项指标均能满足规范要求。对连体楼板进行应力分析及舒适度验算,最终采用一系列相应加强措施,确保结构具有应有的抗震性能及舒适度。

Structural design for a triple-tower high-rise building

Abstract: Pertinence analysis and design of a triple-tower high-rise building of RC frame-shear wall structure were carried out. Supplementary analysis through the comparison of different software, elastic time history analysis and Pushover analysis were completed, and the results show that the structure can satisfy the requirements of codes under frequent earthquake and rare earthquake. The stress analysis at the connective floor and comfort degree were carried out also. The deserved seismic performance and comfort degree of the structure were ensured by a series of step up measures in the end.
