［摘要］南海荣耀金融中心塔楼为B级高度高层建筑，为框架-核心筒结构体系。对其外框柱设计进行了方案比选并确定了经济合理的方案。着重介绍了针对结构特点进行的各项分析及关键构件的验算。计算结果表明，结构各项指标均符合规范要求，整体安全。核心筒角部附近开洞对核心筒刚度影响较大，设计时应尽量避免。还介绍了为节省工程造价而采取的相应措施。

Abstract: The tower of Nanhai Glory Financial Center is a B grade high-rise building. The economic and reasonable structure scheme through the comparison of many schemes was showed. It specially introduces the analysis and check-out of critical members aimed at structural features. The calculation results indicate that, structural indices comply with the requirements of codes, and the building is safe. The holes near the corner of core tube have great effect on its stiffness, so this condition should be avoided. In addition, the corresponding measures for saving the construction cost were introduced.
