高强冷弯薄壁型钢搭接式连续檩条受力性能试验研究

[提要]  对550MPa高强冷弯薄壁型钢帽型截面搭接式连续檩条受力性能进行了试验研究。27根试件的试验结果表明,搭接式连续檩条的承载力与搭接部分刚度、截面内力、有效截面模量等因素有关,因此,负弯矩作用下的中间支座搭接端部变截面处和正弯矩最大的跨中截面都有可能成为构件承载力的控制截面。在确定高强钢材强度折减系数г的基础上,根据试验结果确定出各组试件合适的搭接段刚度系数 β和承载力计算公式。

Experimental Study on Bending Bearing Behavior of High Strength Cold-formed Steel Lapped Continuous Battens

Abstract: The bearing capacity behavior of 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel lapped continuous hat section battens under bending is studied. The test results of 27 specimens show that the bearing capacity of lapped continuous battens is related to the stiffness of overlapping part, bending moment, effective section modulus and so on. Therefore both the end of overlapping part under negative moment and midspan section under maximal positive moment can be the critical sections of bearing capacity of the members. According to the determined strength reduction coefficient г  of high strength steel and test results, the proper coefficient β of stiffness and bearing capacity formulae of the members are given.
