[提要]  介绍28m跨部分预应力混凝土框架梁的设计，即预应力筋的布置、预应力损失计算、等效荷载计算、抗裂验算、使用阶段挠度验算；同时将预应力筋张拉阶段的张拉伸长值与理论值作了比较；对测试结果进行了对比分析。

The design and testing of a 28 - meter span structure partially with prestressed reinforced concrete beams are introduced. It consists of the arrangement for prestressed bar, calculation of loss of prestressing force, prestressed equivalent loads, crack resistance and deflecti on in defferent using stage. The prestressing stage length of extension and test results are compared with the theoric calculation.
