[提要]  分析了用峰值加速度或峰值速度作为打桩地面震动对房屋建筑安全影响的评估指标所存在的问题；提出了用反应谱法和位移法作为打桩震动对房屋安全影响的评估方法。工程应用表明，与现有评估方法比较，该方法更为科学、合理和适用。该法对于强夯、隧道爆破施工等引起的地面震动对建筑物安全影响的评估也很适用。

The existing problems are intiroduced in that the peaks of acceleration and velocity of ground Motion are used as the factors of effects of pile driving induced ground motion on buildings, and as new estimating methods, the ones of spectrum and deformation are proposed. Applying them to actual construction of pile driving shows that they are more scientific and practical, and also suitable to the estimation of effects of ground motion induced by dynamic consolidation and tunnel blasting.
