[提要]  分析了延安某办公楼工程事故的原因，并根据砌体结构研究成果，考虑到地基基础和上部结构共同工作的可能性，采用了灰土井墩托换加固方案，实践证明，该托换加固处理是成功的。

Analyzing the characteristics of cracks distribution in a two-storied building the piers underpining strengthening method is proposed. Considering interaction of soil-foundation-upper wall, piers with a distance of 6.Om are adopted. The results of settlement observation and the test of two rainy seasons show that the strengthing of the building is proved successfully.
