延安某办公楼的工程事故分析和托换加固处理

(广东省建筑设计研究院 广州 510010)[提要] 分析了延安某办公楼工程事故的原因,并根据砌体结构研究成果,考虑到地基基础和上部结构共同工作的可能性,采用了灰土井墩托换加固方案,实践证明,该托换加固处理是成功的。
[关键词] 办公楼地基事故 新近堆积黄土 灰土井墩托换加固 共同工作Analyzing the characteristics of cracks distribution in a two-storied building the piers underpining strengthening method is proposed. Considering interaction of soil-foundation-upper wall, piers with a distance of 6.Om are adopted. The results of settlement observation and the test of two rainy seasons show that the strengthing of the building is proved successfully.
