[提要]  对任意折角、任意梁长的折梁内力计算问题作了推导，导出了工程中常见的几种荷载作用下求折梁内力的简便方法，可供结构设计参考。

The internal force of horizontal folded beams with arbitrary angles and lengths are studied with energy method, the simple calculating formulas for several loading condition in engineering are derived, which can be reference to structure design.
