[提要] 通过某工程实例介绍悬臂式基坑围护工程的设计和施工，包括围护方案的确定、力学模型的建立及受力分析、钻孔灌注桩及深层搅拌桩挡土墙的计算方法、排水方案设计、旋工中注意事项等，最后谈了对基坑围护工程设计和施工的一些体会。

Based on one engineering, the main points of design and the attention points for construction have been figured out.ln this paper, support scheme, mechanics model and mechanics analyzing, method of design for bored filling pile and mixed-in-place pile, drainag scheme and so on have been discussed. Finally, some suggestions about design and construction for foundation pit support have been mentioned.
