利用暗桁架提高砌体结构的工作性能

[提要]  本文提出的暗桁架其特点是在砌体结构的基础墙中利用基础墙上下的钢筋混凝土圈梁及基底板,将其纵筋连通;另在基础墙内适量设置小断面构造柱,其中距不大于基础墙高的四倍;构造柱上下端必须与圈梁及基底板连牢。这样,砌体上下的圈梁、基底板及左右的构造柱将构成对其中砌体墙体的有效约束。在此情况下,新构成的基础对软硬不一的地基反力将会起到暗桁架的有利效应,同时亦有利于节约工程造价。

A new theory of hidden truss is put forth, which consists of R.C. ring beam on the top, foundational masonry wall at the middle, bottom R.C. slab of foundation and vertical structural columns in the wall connected with the ring beam and the bottom slab, with spacing not greater than 4 times the wall height. This kind of structure functions as a confined masonry which is specially suitable to the condition of soft and hard subsoil. It acts as the hidden truss undertaking the variable reactions caused by the uneven subsoil, so prevents the structure from uneven settement and cracking, and benefits a lot economically.
