[提要]  根据国家标准<建筑抗震鉴定标准>的编制原则，从地震震害分析出发，提出了单层钢筋混凝土柱厂房的抗震鉴定原则和方法，并根据工程实践经验提出了相应对策。

According to earthquake analysis and the ideas of "standard for seismic appraiser of building", some prmciples and methods for aseismic countermeasures of single story factory building are proposed. Meanwhile, necessary countermeasures are also suggested on the basis of engineering practice.
