[提要]  主要通过分析框架筒体结构增设刚性加强层后结构性能的改变，探讨刚性加强层有效布置原则，供实际工程设计参考。

Through anylysis of change of proporty on the frame-tube structure with righid strengthened storeys, the effective arrangement principles for using mechanical and refuge floor, optimization method and lateral displacement control are discussed. The results can be reference to engineering design.
