仿钢丝聚丙烯长纤维对钢纤维混凝土力学性能影响

【提要】 按照国际标准对新型仿钢丝聚丙烯合成长纤维增强高性能混凝土的工作度、含气量、强度及弯曲韧性进行了试验研究。其中对该纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性按照国际材料与结构联合会(RILEM)标准进行了研究,同时还对比了钢纤维混凝土及新型聚丙烯长纤维与钢纤维混杂时纤维混凝土的韧性,得出了不同纤维混凝土的能量吸收值和等效抗弯强度,探讨了新型聚丙烯长纤维部分取代钢纤维的可能性。试验表明,该纤维具有很好的增韧效果,可以部分取代钢纤维来达到增韧增强和降低成本的目的。

Experimental Study on Mechanical Behaviour of Modified Macro Polypropylene Fiber  Reinforced High Performance Concrete/Cao Jifeng, Ding Yining (State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering, Dalian University of Tec~hno~logy, Dalian 116024, China)Abstract:The experimental results for workability, air content, compressive strength and flexural toughness of modified macro polypropylene fiber reinforced high performance concrete are presented. The experiments have been carried out according to different international guidelines. The flexural toughness has been deeply analyzed according to RILEM guidelines. The toughness of beams with steel fiber reinforcement and with hybrid fiber reinforcement has been compared. The energy absorption capacity and equivalent flexural strength have been calculated. The results show that modified macro polypropylene fiber can obviously enhance the flexural toughness of concrete and partially replace steel fiber, increase the flexural toughness and  reduce the cost.
