The general features of Technical Specification for Steel Structure of One-storey Light-weight Buildings with Gabled Frames (CECS102:98) are described, which contains features of the structure, steel and cold-formed sections used, limitations on deformation of frame and elements, layout of structure, some notes on stressed skin, fabrication and erection, painting, draining and insulation.
