[提要]  金汤大厦是一幢综合性商住楼。针对该楼后张预应力混凝土结构设计，特别是考虑旅工阶段的问题以及两跨预应力连续梁测试的部分情况作了介绍。

Jintang mansion is a complex commercial-residential building. The post-tensioned concrete structural design of this mansion, especially with the consideration of construction stage, is introduced, and some test results of two-span continuous prestressed concrete beams are presented.
