[提要]  预应力砼技术可使建筑物在不增加层高的基础上提供大空间，以满足建筑布局的灵活性要求。作者总结了无粘结预应力砼技术在航华科贸中心办公楼结构设计中的成功应用情况，较详细地介绍了无粘结预应力梁的设计、一些特殊构造的处理和做法，仅供读者参考。

The use of prestressed-concrete in structure can make a wide space for its flexibility without increasing
