[提要]  高层建筑施工过程中通常会遇到深基坑的开挖和围护问题，尤其是有多层地下室时，其地下部分施工周期往往很长。作者主要介绍了恒积大厦逆作法施工期间的结构和支承体系设计和逆作法节点构造处理以及施工后的效果。供设计参考。

The problem of deep pit digging and surround is usually met in high-rise building construction, especially in multi-story basement. The construction peroid of basement is very long, The author introduces the design of structure bearing system, the treatmenl of up-down method detail in period of Heng Ji Tower up-down construction and the result after construction, which give reference to structural designer.
