[提要]  结合工程实例，分析了超高层建筑结构中桩基及主体结构体系选择，探讨了超高层建筑采用框架-简体增没刚臂结构体系在地震和风载作用下的结构受力特点及其应采用的一些措施。

According to a project, the form selections of pile foundation and main structure of super high-rise building are analysed. Not only the force feature of frame-tube structure with rigid arms under earthquake load and wind load, but also the measures which should be taken are discussed.
