[提要]  厦门国旅大厦I期工程原为九层框架结构，由于建筑功能的改变，需要对原结构进行改建，同时增加四层。本文介绍了该工程的设计与实施，初步探讨了结构设计中加层、抗震加固及粘钢加固的方法。

The design and practice of Xiamen International Travel Service Building are introduced. The methods of enlarged storeys, seismic strengthening and adhering the steel plates are discussed.
