[提要]  对我国《高层民用建筑钢结构技术规程》中关于人体舒适度验算内容进行阐述与讨论。内容包括顺风向、横风向最大加速度计算表达式和舒适度限值标准的来源、背景资料及适用范围，供设计时参考。文中还介绍了一种最大扭转加速度的计算方法。

This paper gives human comfort for Technique Standard of High-rise Occupancy Types Steel Building in china. The sources, backgrounds and suitable ranges of the expressions of peak along-wind, across-wind and the criteria for human comfort were presented here. At the same time, a method of calculating peak torsional acceleration is also suggested.
