[提要]  拟建的高层建筑下潜伏一条坑道，采用深梁托柱的办法跨越坑道，解决工程中的一大难题，从而成功地将深梁引入建筑基础部分，用作基础转换结构。

A tunnel hides under a tall building. To solve this difficult problem in the engineering, the method that the deep beams are used to bear the column loads is adopted,  and the deep beams cross over the tunnel. Therefore, the deep beams are used as transition structure for the building foundation successfully.
