[提要]  冷轧带肋钢筋的应变时效引起钢筋强度升高，伸长率下降，给砼构件质量带来不利。本文强调了低温回火处理和机械消除应力方法，对消除应变时效有较好的效果。

Strain aging in cold rol~ed ribbed steel bars causes increase-n ultimate tensile strength and decrease in ductility, which is often detrimental to the quality of reinforced concrete structures. This paper empha-sized the effective results of stress relieving by low temperature tempering or mechanical process.
