环氧涂层钢筋粘结锚固性能的试验研究

[提要] 环氧涂层钢筋能有效地防止钢筋锈蚀,用于混凝土结构耐久性设计。由于表面状态改变,环氧涂层钢筋的粘结锚固性能受到削弱。作者通过拉拔试验探讨了其粘结锚固机理、锚固特性及锚固强度,并通过梁锚试验加以验证。在此基础上,由可靠度分析提出了锚固长度设计值的建议。

Anchorage-bond properties of epoxy resin coated bar are weakened because of the change of surface in rebars. Based on pull-out bond tests and beam anchorage experiments, the paper discusses the bond-anchorage mechanism, properties and strength. Then the design of anchoring length by reliability analysis is proposed.
