[提要]  结合实际工程介绍了采用静压桩托换进行深基坑支护的设计施工方法，对压桩阻力、终压控制标准，托换后回弹等问题进行了研究，得出了有益的结论。

This paper introducesa design and construction method of static pile pressing underpinning employed to deep foundation pit supporting by means of a case record. Resistance to pile, control standard of final pressure, rebound of underpinning pile etc. have been studied.
