[提要]  采用钢套管振压成孔钢筋混凝土灌注桩对中小型建筑工程软弱地基进行处理，通过实践对其设计与施工作了简单论述，重点介绍了设计应注意事项及施工工艺和保证质量的技术措施。

This paper describes the treatment of soft soil foundation bed with vibration-compaction bored cast-in-place pile. Main aspects of design factors are discussed and the construction technology and its quality control measures are summarized as well. The construction method is proved to be suitable in many engineering projects.
