考虑共同作用高层结构剪力墙基础设计

(北京有色冶金设计研究总院建工所 100038)[提要] 区别于传统的方法,应用有限元法考虑地基梁与上部剪力墙的共同作用来设计地基梁,其经济效益是十分显著的。剪力墙高度的取值对计算结果影响很大,本文通过弹性理论推导和有限元实例计算确定了最佳值,使得计算量小,结果精确。
[关键词] 地基梁 共同作用 剪力墙 有限元法Different from the traditional method, the finite element method considering the cooperative effect of foundation beam and upper shear wall produces remarkable economic benefits. The hight of the shear wall we choose in the computing affects the result greatly. In this paper, according the elastic theory analysis and computing of several actual instances, the author gives an optimum selection. Using it we can get a precice result and save much work.
